Straight answers.
Who owns my website?
You do. It's set up in an account in your name, so the site and everything in it belong to you, not to us. If you'd rather not manage anything, we can host and look after it for $30 a month.
How do payments work?
50% starts the work and the balance is due when it's complete. For projects over $3,000, a payment plan can be discussed.
Will I rank number one on Google?
No honest provider can promise that. Search is set up properly from day one and the work is done carefully, but results depend on your competition and market.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days after launch, anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed at no charge. After that you can manage the site yourself, or choose a Maintenance or Growth plan.
Do you build online shops?
No. We build websites for service businesses, such as lawyers, clinics, designers and consultants. We don't build online shops with shopping carts and checkout.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
